Randy Moreau joined Resolve Marine as Chief Financial Officer in June 2023. An accomplished financial executive, Mr. Moreau has over 20 years of professional experience and brings to the role deep expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, enterprise level risk management, compliance, process re-engineering, M&A and ERP integration.
He has lived and worked in the United States and Latin America, has worked across a range of industries, and has held several interim-CFO positions. He most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer at Kelley Kronenberg and prior to that was an adjunct professor at the University of Florida in Miami.
